Fresh out of high school, Aaron[MC] is passionate about computer science. His “landlady,” Ariana Caldwell, is controlling, tense, and rule-bound, which makes him find it difficult to interact with others. Because of a traumatic event that occurred in her early years, Ariana attempts to hold Aaron close, which makes him even more reserved. Aaron immerses himself in computers and begins working on an artificial intelligence he invented as a way to escape Ariana’s controlling presence.

Ariana makes a good living as a realtor. She may have a strong appearance, but she doesn’t tolerate drinking well. She changes completely when she drinks; she becomes loving, understanding, fun, and romantic. Every now and again the hangover from drinking puts her to sleep on the couch or table, and Aaron brings her upstairs to her bed. Aaron finds it difficult to deal with Ariana’s dual personality. Her stiff, domineering manner dictates his existence, while her drunken self shows the caring nature he longs for. The more he pushes the boundaries of artificial intelligence and exhibits unanticipated actions, the more complex their relationship and his affections for her grow.

I apologize for the delay. I’ve been making some revisions to the renders in the first episode and fixing minor code errors. I considered creating two versions, but decided against it. Opting for a single ‘safe’ version seemed the better choice. I’ve realized players can slightly modify the content through a patch. Therefore, we have only one version now. However, it’s not the full version, and as a result, the second episode has quite a short playtime.
