Deviancy v0.4 Bugfix by Mr. B0NES, Deviancy is a game about you will take the role of a perculiar young man who, through shenanigans, ends up living together with his childhood friend, Suzy. Her nan, Claire, is a no-nonsense business woman with a heart of gold, who graciously took you into her home without a second thought, asking only one thing in return: to look after her step-daughter. Raising two young children on her own wasn’t easy however, and for many years now she has dragged the two of you from one city to another, relentlessly chasing better and better jobs.

Now, with yet another shiny new position, she drags you again to what she promises will be the definitively last move. What she doesn’t know however, is that during those long days alone, you and Suzy have developed an…intimate relationship.

Whilst juggling your responsibilities to Claire and integrating into this new town, how will you handle this blossoming relationship?​

– Slightly reworked SMS system (maybe better now, mostly just code improvement though).
– Fixed surname bugs (hopefully) for real this time, might need to rollback earlier save if you experience it.
– Fixed bug when setting Suzy to be older than MC, game will now not horribly shit itself (unless you make her negative years old, but shhh).

+ Added weekday indicators, so we all know what the actual day of the week is now.
+ Added VERY rough SMS system, to be improved in subsequent updates.

Old things:
– Fixed various errors from 0.2, including dialogue catches, surname issues, and more.
– Suspended anti-Suzy path, will reinstate at a later date.
– Tweaked dialogue GUI, changes to characters colours and the textbox transparency (may yet change further in future updates).
– Minor changes to relation checks, UNOFFICIAL FAN-MADE COMMUNITY PATCH will need updating.

+ Added days 3 and 4.
+ Added new surname function (rename-able in intro, does not require replaying 0.1 if happy with default).

– Figured out compression algorithms, new releases will now (hopefully) be a sensible file size.
– Upped default ages of main cast.
– Fixed various dialogue errors from 0.1.
– Skip functions now correctly allocate relationship points.
– Fixed some of 0.1’s renders (remaining errors will be updated over time).

Dev Notes
Deviancy is a first person adult VN, where you will control a faceless MC to romance many, all, or a few of the special ladies in this new town. Currently there are plans for three solo routes for particular characters, and of course the main harem route that I assume most people will choose. Depending on how development pans out, the number of solo routes could be expanded if fans resonate with a particular character(s).

There will be a mix of purely romantic relationships and more slow-burning corruption ones, with alternate routes being planned for certain characters. To rephrase, some characters will only be able to be approached romantically, others strictly corruption based, with a few having both and the decision being left to the MC.

So Lewd!
SUMMARY
This is an excellent title comprised of quality renders, witty banter, and believable characters. In other words: it's time well spent. The story is well written and having an established relationships with the sister is a huge plus to my mind, as is the MC trying to slow things down. It's quite refreshing – especially given the social insecurities of the sister – and a nice contrast to how things usually and do develop with the mom. The latter being a true milf in every sense of the word(…s) making both characters well worth pursuing. The supporting cast is quite varied ranging from bookwormy to sporty, from timid to spicy. That being said, not all of the potentially wooable characters had enough spotlight yet to have them grow beyond their initial stereotypes. I do like the choice of the milfy neighbor not being portrayed as a cougar (though smooth runs the water where the brook is deep) which also leaves the spot open to be filled by the yet to encounter aunt.
