Apartment 96 Update 3 Public by YTV Productions, Apartment 96 is a game about Fresh out of college and having landed his first job, it is time for the MC to find a place to live. Moving from a small home town and into the city for work is a paradigm shift away from the nearly all-male college and primary schools he’s attended, though. The biggest problem, he finds, is simply getting a place to live. The city doesn’t have a lot of free spaces to rent. Luckily, he’s found a room with some interesting women…
For all those thinking this is “Apartment #69”, it is NOT.
Our game is not affiliated, based on, or trying to co-op any other previous game’s name.
There is, and will be, no NTR in the game.
There is implied NTR that happened previously before the events of
the game. The previous events that took place are referenced at times
within the game, and are part of the overall story, but they are not a heavy
focus in the game itself. If you find a love interest having had a life before
the MC has shown up unacceptable, this might not be the game for you.
But rest assured, the MC will have his revenge…

Developer Notes
Prologue Dev Notes:
The aim of the prologue is to introduce the player to several aspects of the game to get them used to playing Apartment 96. After the prologue, the game is outlined to become more of a “sandbox” style where the player can choose their own path with whatever characters they want. Updates will try to provide content for all (or at least most) characters, but is subject to change. What is added to the game is determined by the Devs, though any that are interested in certain types of genres/tags can talk to us about them on our Discord. Patreons will be given more weight.
Update #1 Dev Notes:
Our first update will be released sometime the first week of February, 2021. While most all of the work went into putting together this update, we did go back and make some changes to dialogue in the Prologue. I (Vhaerun) was actually the second writer and entered the project after the first half of the prologue ahd been finished. I kept it mainly as it was and tried crafting a story to that, but my own style and direction made things quite confusing for players at several points. As such, I’m actually still working on the dialogue in the prologue. Check back here for notes regarding changes to earlier versions.
Update #2 Dev Notes:
We are at about 50% done with Update #2. There are some gameplay changes coming in this next expansion, mainly with how the work and money system works to greatly reduce any problems players had with the work system and make it easier, and a lot less grindy, to make sufficient money to not need cheats or hacks. A lot more information is available regarding Update #2 on our Patreon page, even for non-patrons.
